Nuts?

My mom just told me that pregnant women shouldn't eat many nuts while pregnant, because it could lead to the baby having a nut allergy. Have any of you heard of such a thing?

yup - different studies have yielded different results. I'm very allergy prone so I avoided peanuts while pregnant and while breastfeeding, just in case.

It is a problem if nut allergies run in your family. If not, then you and the baby are fine
