    I got a written warning on Friday and was told that I have to correct the behavior or they will continue down the progressive discipline road.

    I'm not using the internet anymore.

    The funniest thing --- I got a bonus in the same freaking meeting that I got my written warning!  Cracks me up!

    I know --- isn't it funny!

    The bonus was for work performed in 2008.  The warning was for internet usage in 2009.  The timing was impeccable!  ;)
