I can't remember where I got my blog layout from - it has been so long ago. The only thing I do every time I change is make a new header in scrapblog, find a coordinating background and change the URL, and sometimes I change the color of the text boxes to a textured background.
I can email you the template if you'd like. Just shoot me an email at nbjenni@gmail.com.
Sorry to butt my nose in, but I have a question too. I am new to this whole blogging thing so I am still trying to figure it all out. I was trying to make a fun header in scrapblog and made a really cute one. The problem came when I was trying to put it in the blog. I couldnt for the life of me figure it out. Any tips?

Here is what I do:
1. Make really fun header in scrapblog
2. Press Ctrl & Print Screen at the same time
3. Open up Paint/Photoshop, or some other picture editing program
4. Crop it so only my fun header shows
5. Log into Blogger
6. Go to your layout section
7. Where it says Add and Arrange Page Elements, pick the Header section to edit.
8. Choose to upload from your PC, browse and find your pic.
