It's really just like any other file, but how are you trying to share it? Email?

Where is the file right now? If it's on your computer, you'll have to find somewhere to upload it to. Then you can post the link. There are a few places that will let you do it, https://www.mediafire.com/ is one example, but I've never used them myself so I can't verify how good they are.
