If you are looking for a good car seat

I wanted to recommend the one we have, it is made by Britax but has the Fisher Price name on so that is it basically the generic brand of Britax.  DS loves it, he sits up higher and can see out the window.  2 of our friends have bought it and I was looking in People and Gwen Stephani had it too :-)

    wow, that is a really good price.

    Does it tighten and loosen the same way the Britax seats do (push button and pull harness straps to loosen and pull bottom strap to tighten?)?

    It doesn't have a button to push (to which I thought it did) it has clasps but it does tighten by pulling the strap.  There is a button between the kiddos legs that you push to loosen their straps.  Easy to install, easy to remove.
