Mine is from here - I love it!  It's great quality.  I also have a couple of their purses.  I used to live in Chicago (where they are based), and my friends and I loved going into their shop and customizing purses.  I customized my diaper bag online, though.

Great to hear! They seem really cool. My in laws live in Chicago and I am wondering about making one when I am there vs. just ordering online.  How does it work when you do it there? Do you just pick out fabric and then have to go pick it up later anyway?
