DD's head is still attached to her body

I did not knock it off last night Stick out tongue Yes, I was mad because I didn't know how to handle her at the playdate, (nobody did!), & she seemed to escalate it till my patience was shot. So I came here to vent. But I didn't mean I was ACTUALLY going to knock it off her head, it's just an English saying. As always, thank you for the support, I love her again today.

  • I saw your post last night and I would have been upset too.  However, 2 year olds sometimes just act up.  Glad things are better today!

  • Glad things are better today. I for one did not think you were serious...sometimes we just have to vent. M has attitude like no other and I've had moments like yours yesterday and I'm sure we both will have more in the years to come!

  • I 100% understand that frustration.  I don't think anyone thought you were serious (even if they wouldn't use the same language).  Glad things are better today!!

  • don't feel bad - my DD is headed that way.  she's on tantrum #2 right now.  I had to put her in her crib for her safety (and mine, I was getting kicked)  Sadly this tantrum is because she now WANTS to go to the class she missed because of the first one.

It is really pathetic and I don't know how to explain it...I'm just going to let her calm down.
