Can you believe our little girls are about to be one?  This year has gone by so fast.  Are you doing a party for Charlotte this weekend or on her actual birthday Tuesday? 

We're having a neighborhood party with just cupcakes on Monday in the late afternoon, then an official party with invitations, grandparents, et cetera the following weekend.  To top off the celebrating, we're having Elizabeth baptized on March 1st.

It's a little sad for me because I know she's my last baby.  As far as babies go she's been an absolute delight!  Hope you guys are doing well and that the birthday planning and preparations are going smoothly.

LALALALALA I'm not listening to you say our little girls are going to be ONE!!!!!  No, I cannot believe it.  I'm watching Natalie, Luca, and Aidan all turn one, and I'm freaking out!  It's so bittersweet.  This year has gone by terribly fast. I never expected it to whiz by like this.

We're actually not doing her party until the 28th - my ILs are leaving for the Bahamas today and wouldn't be here for a party this weekend, so we decided to do it on the 28th.  We're doing it just at our house with friends and family, food, cake, etc.  It should be fun and I'm really looking forward to it!  Having a neighborhood party is a great idea.  I kind of feel like we should do something on Tuesday, but I'm not sure what....wow, y'all have a busy week with her birthday and baptism!!  We had Char baptized last May

Yeah, Char is our one and only (which is how we wanted it) - but I'm still sad that she's growing up before my very eyes so quickly.  I agree with you - Char has been a blast and just a joy, and a true blessing from God. I could not have hand picked a better baby to have as my own.

That's funny that their parties are scheduled for the same day.  Hope you have a great celebration at home on the 28th!
