Prenatal exercise classes in Macomb County

Anyone know of one?  Doc just released me for light exercise, and I'd really like to take advantage.

They are starting that yoga at St. John on March 12th- I know it is not macomb but just a quick shot up 94 for ya. 

You are pretty far along though to start an 8 week class then- do they anticipate you going at 36 weeks?  My sister-in-law had twins and they wouldn't let her go any further then that.

My doc expects me to make it to term, but you're right, an 8 week class is a bit long.  I guess I'll need to look for something that is more of a "drop in" type of meeting.
