No way! I wouldn't throw that stuff out... SO expensive! I won't save it if there's only an ounce left but sometimes they just fall asleep at night without finishing and into the fridge it goes!

If they fall asleep or just aren't that hungry and there's more than an ounce left and the bottle's only been out 20-30 mins, we put it in the fridge. But if ti doesn't get eaten at the *next* feeding, then we'd throw it away. Hasn't seemed to bother the boys yet.
At our hospital, when our boys were in the NICU and then in the pediatric ward for their RSV, all the nurses on both floors operated with a 2 hour rule on formula. So we do that and have never had a problem. But after the 2 hours, out it goes. I never refridgerate and reuse after I've warmed up the formula. If they don't eat it in the 2 hours, out it goes.
I used to save mine, one it was expensive, but i use to do half formula
and half breast milk. I felt the bm was liquid gold and it made me sick
to throw it out. None of my kids ever got sick or had stomach issues
from eating rewarmed milk.
