hairy girls...

If you have hair on your upper lip what do you use to get rid of it? Wax? cream?

I was using this cream, but last time it made me turn really red and burn...I won't be using THAT one again...

Re: hairy girls...

  • Wax, but it has to be a specific kind for sensitive skin.  The first time they used the regular wax I had blisters...the moustache looked better!
  • I've waxed before and I was really red afterward-normal though (right?) ...

My friend said she waxed once and had REALLY bad blisters...

  • Loading the player...
  • Red is normal. I tend to make my appointments for Friday after work so by the time I leave home on Saturday it's calmed down.

The blisters were hideous.  I had some sort of an allergic reaction and actually had to call in sick. The stuff they use now is black and very thin.

  • ok, good to know-thanks!!
  • My eyebrows would get red and very itchy after I have them waxed. Every time I go, it gets better though. However, I'm too chicken sht to wax my upper lip. I get sacred it will come in black and stubbly. I bleach it at home with a facial bleach for sensitive skin.
