If your life had a soundtrack, what would it be?

Doesn't have to be an official movie soundtrack. A specific song or artist will do just fine. :)

Mine would rotate between vintage Neil Diamond and Snoop Dogg.

  • I was thinking this exact same question today as I was driving to the gym. ?Weird!!!
  • My life is set to Hannah Montana music. ?It is very sad.

  • Oh coker...go back and read the notes.  I did this over the weekend...you put your ipod/mp3 player on shuffle and click through to see your "songs" for your soundtrack.

VERY random, other than that I chose to have them on my ipod.  :)

  • Well I'd be using a song I don't even like but it would be "I will survive"
  • Oh, and I think about this all the time.  I act out scenes in my head to songs when I hear them.  LOL.
  • I did the FB thing too, it was fun.  But I think mine would be a combo of Dave Matthews and Simon and Garfunkel.  Maybe a little Bon Jovi mixed in.
  • LOL co, you've given this some thought! :)

Mine would have lots of DMB, Cat Stevens, David Grey & Beyonce

  • it would be Devo: Greatest Hits. I am sure of this...

it might include elvis costello, and the dead milkmen, too...but maybe just the sequel.

  • No thought!  It was just putting my itunes (which I've had since 2002) on shuffle and clicking through for each of the categories!  HILARIOUS.
  • Is it wrong that "Gin and Juice" was played at my wedding? And that I knew all the words?

  • I did the facebook thing too, it was awesome.

IF YOUR LIFE WAS A MOVIE WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE

    Opening Credits:
    Behind Blue Eyes (The Who)

    Waking Up:
    Fire & Rain (James Taylor)

    First Day at School:
    Troublemaker (Weezer)

    Falling in Love:
What A Wonderful World (Louis Armstrong)

    Losing Virginity:
    Mesmerize (Ja Rule F. Ashanti)

    Fight Song:
    Like a Prayer (Madonna)

    Breaking Up:
    Fix You (Coldplay)

    Prom:
    Mr. Brightside (The Killers)

    Life:
Forever In Blue Jeans (Neil Diamond)

    Mental Breakdown:
    1979 (Smashing Pumpkins)

    Driving:
    John Mellencamp (Small Town)

    Flashback:
Nothings Gonna Stop Us Now (Starship)

    Getting Back Together:
    Closer (Kings of Leon)

    Wedding:
    Weezer (Falling For You)

    Birth of Child:
    In Da Club (50 Cent)

    Final Battle:
    Tiny Dancer (Elton John)

    Death Scene:
You Can't Always Get What You Want (Rolling Stones)

    Trailer:
    Golddigger (Kanye West)

But if I had to say, without the randomness of shuffle - I'd guess Neil Diamond's Forever In Blue Jeans, along with some Rolling Stones songs would be the soundtrack of my life.  When the Neil Diamond song came up on my shuffle, I was laughing - so perfect.
