Hi!
Um, if you are running 25-30 miles per week, you can EASILY build up to a marathon! Run a couple of shorter races, pick a spring 1/2 marathon at least 12 weeks out, and then go for it.
It's my first marathon, so I am not one to talk, but I have a lot of 5k, 10k, and longer races under my belt, and it's great. AND, the absolute BEST way to get in shape post-partum.
