    Check your local YMCA.  We just finished a 7 week course ($68 for 7 weeks for non-members) for babies 6m+.  It was a blast and was to get me used to have DS in the water and for safety for DS. 

    We did songs and 1,2,3, jump (so he knows only to jump in after hearing the count) silly things.  It was great.  The only reason we're not going back quite yet is it's really hard to get him dressed/undressed/redressed and showered by myself since he can't stand yet.
