My current agent is a neurotic socially awkward little gay man - I felt really uncomfortable even emailing him my pregnancy/alternative insemination questions. ?If he responds appropriately, fine. ?But I am sort of expecting for a gem of social awkwardness . . .?
Re: might be time for a new insurance agent
I work for myself so I pay out of pocket. ?My questions are pretty basic.
Questions:
Since I am on a very 'bare-bones' plan right now, what so I want to look for in a plan that would be pregnancy friendly? (rx, deductible advice, hospital stay cost, or such)
Since Mass insurance covers procedures related to infertility, will they be available to me as a gay woman with no known fertility problems??
Will a plan that is appropriate for pregnancy necessarily be a good one for me and baby?
Any input would be great. ?As you can tell from the questions, I don't know much about insurance.?
