Breakfast is really good for you. Even something small and easily digested will wake up your metabolism so that you start burning calories earlier in the day. You will feel better. I don't like breakfast early - but eating it on the way to work or at work helps me. Or eating just a piece of fruit helps.
And now I'm that annoying person who natters on about nutrition, so I'll shut up now.

I usually eat breakfast, but was too shaken up this morning to eat. I just ran to the store and bought some 2 point bagels and 1 point cream cheese. So I will have that for the rest of the week.

If I eat breakfast too early I get super hunger mid-morning and can't wait for lunch. If I eat breakfast later (Weight Control Oatmeal in the micro) I can last to lunch.
Life is either a daring adventure or it is nothing at all.
