I have a beef brisket in the crockpot right now for dinner w/lots of onions and a tangy tomato/BBQish sauce. I don't know what else I'm going to make to go with it- I don't want to do mashed potatoes because I'm feeling way too lazy to peel, boil and mash them, LOL.?
What are some other sides that go well with brisket? I'm also feeling too lazy to go to the store, so I'm hoping that I can find something that I already have here in the house.?
Re: What goes with brisket?

Thanks everyone.?
I have a pretty full pantry/freezer so I could make most of the sides you all suggested.?
I'll?definitely?make up some mac & cheese because it will make the kids super happy. And I have several bags of frozen rosemary and garlic oven fries so I could use some of those as well. And cornbread sounds awfully good....mmmm.?
