Trying sweet potatos tonight!

Sweet potatoes were always DS's favorite. As a matter of fact, I think it is one of the most popular foods b/c I remember it always being sold out at Walmart and superstore , everytime I'd need some.  Afetr a while I got smart and started buying it in bulk:-)  I'm sure it will go over well in your house too:-)
