? about Walmart baby registry

My cousin's daughter is pg and registered at Walmart. Even though I gave her a gift already, I was curious and just peeked at her registry. Not one thing has been bought off it.  Does  Walmart only show the things that are unpurchsed and not the things that have already been bought?  I feel bad.  Her shower is this weekend. 
DS1 10-06 and DS2 9-08 and baby #3 EDD 9-05-12

    Maybe people are last minute shoppers?  Or is it possible she's registered somewhere else as well?  I don't know a thing about WalMart registires.

    I believe it shows what is purchased too similiar to BRU.  Hopefully everyone is just shopping last minute.

    Hopefully, they're waiting.  The situation around her pregnancy is a little controversial though, so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it.
