2 year old screams for babysitter...help!

my two year old screams for one of our babysitters. I am a work at home mom, with a seperate office location inside our home.  We have two babysitters that come to the house.  everytime one of them comes, several times throughout the day my dd goes into these crazy, screaming, beating on the door tantrums, demanding to see me.  she has never behaved for this sitter as well as with the other sitters.  However, the sitter really seems to cater to her, try to play, and is very nice.  what do I do, do I give in and try to find a new sitter (nearly impossible) or make my dd tough it out.  she has had this same sitter since 4 months of age, and just acts almost like she does not like her. is this just the terrible two's?? any advice . . . what would you do?

How long has she been doing this? I'd think that if she's been with the sitter since 4 months she is familiar and comfortable with her but SOMETHING is up

she has been doing the tantrums, for about the past month (this sitter only comes one day a week)  however, she always has not been herself with this particular sitter.  I am just stuck, that I don't think it is the sitters fault.  I think my dd just  . . . does not like her.  so would you give in and try to find another one, or hope that she comes out of this tantrum stage.  sitters are so hard to come by in small towns, and we are trying to have another baby, I feel crazy letting a sitter go.  who knows, thanks for any advice!

i'd find another sitter.  if your dd doesn't like her, she doesn't like her.  doesn't really matter why.  i'd find someone she meshes w/ better.
