Anyone build with Ryan Homes??

We are going to put our house on the market and if it sells, we will most likely be building with Ryan.  We found a floorplan and a community that we love that will allow us to have a better mortgage payment and is in an area that would be great for earning equity and resale in the future.  I know we're a little ahead of the game since we haven't listed yet, but just wanted to see if anyone has any experience building with Ryan?  We will probably be buidling one of their newer plans, the Florence.  Thanks!!

    We haven't (we built a condo with Fisher homes though).  After going through the building process, and watching several of my friends go through it, I have 1 recommendation-  Drive through some of the builder's other communities and see if it's the kind of community you would like.  You really don't know what their communities look like until you've seen a completed (or nearly completed) one.

    We are currently in the process of building with Ryan. We are actually building the Florence up in Liberty Township. We signed on Jan. 9th and are set to break ground March 4th. So far we have no complaints with them at all.

     I believe that brownbride07 used Drees to build their house.

    I built with Ryan 7 years ago in a new Maineville development and was very pleased with the experience.  I would build with them again in a second.  I thought for the amount of money I paid, I got a good quality product and good service.
