I brought it up to the pedi, and she thinks it is reflux related. The other possibility is that she has developed a sudden sensitivity to the milk based formula. We were trying to slow down her feeds and increase her solids to see if it helps. She got the GI bug right after we started trying that and did not get any formula for a few days. Now that she is back to full feeds, she has no respiratory symptoms at all. Very strange! We are still watching her and still trying to do slower feeds and more solids. So far, so good.
