My sister is a senior in college and is a very big-boned girl. She takes after my dad's size of the family and is about a size 16. She works out, etc., but just seems like she is meant to be built bigger.
Anyway, she is finishing up her final semester and in one of her classes the other day, the professor accidentally projected his altered attendance list on the projector at the beginning of class. Next to everyone's name, it had "descriptions" of the students, I guess so he can remember them. My sister said there were things like "Very blond girl" and "Short guy" and next to my sister's name it said "Tubby." WTH?
I told her to go and complain to someone but she pointed out that she absolutely needs to pass this class to graduate, and she has already failed it twice and is barely passing now (it is anatomy and physiology 2). So she doesn't want to make waves, which I understand. She just wants to graduate and leave. But I think after she graduates, she should go back and tell her counselor or someone. That doesn't seem right to me. She doesn't think anyone would do anything.
WDYT? Could he get in trouble for this kind of thing?
Re: NBR: Should she say something?
I'd complain after she has her degree in hand. That's awful!!!
