I know that circumstances are all different and such but that man would not step foot near those kids in my house.  His bags would be packed.  I grew up like that and there is no way my kids would ever live like that!  No way.

What?  How old is the baby?  Was it slapped by its father?  Imagine what he does when the cameras aren't there.  Don't think I'll be watching this one.

I just turned this on as well and actually got nauseous when I saw that.  I wanted to reach through that TV and strangle that man.  It's just plan SICK.

I think it was the 2 year old sso I guess not a baby but he slepped her in the face hard enought to knock her back on the floor from a standing up position

I'm certainly hoping that Superfreaking Nanny's response was to call the authorities. ?Because if he's willing to do that when the cameras are running, I'm fairly certain he's beating the snot out of the kids when they're not being observed. ?

That's really not something a nanny is equipped to deal with. ?It would be really irresponsible of the show to not take appropriate action. ??

Okay, I've never watched the show, but anyone who works with children, which includes Supernanny, is required by law to report child abuse that they suspect or witness.  I seriously hope that there is a note at the end of the show saying he was reported or something if he is slapping children.

I saw previews for the show, but decided I couldn't watch it.  It makes me ill just thinking about it.  DH grew up in that kind of environment.  (And I'm a bad guy for keeping DD away from FIL...)
