Um, no.  I wouldn't dare put my child through torture.  I don't even sing in the shower or car because it sounds so bad.

Dh and I make up songs, a lot... it's pretty funny but probably only to us and torture to anyone else listening :-)

Aidan's favorite song is the Itsy Bitsy Spider - he also like The Wheels on the Bus -- anything silly we can jump around and dance like crazy to :-)

Yes, especially when ds was younger.  I would sing him all of the standards excepts You Are My Sunshine.  I looked up the words to the rest of the song one day and it was very depressing.

Oddly though, ds favorite song was Elvis' It's Now or Never.  I don't know why I started singing it to him, or why he liked it, but it would always calm him down.
