Help! Need creative ideas

DH suggested that we do homemade Valentine's Day cards/gifts in lieu of spending (much) money this year, and I agreed and thought it was a great idea.

But it totally slipped my mind until last night when he mentioned it again and asked if we were still doing it...I said we could skip it if he wanted and he got all sad acting and said he didn't want to, so I think he already did something. Problem is, now it's the day before Valentine's Day and I have no idea what to do! Last time we did this he made this multi-page card with a poem he wrote and copies of our wedding pictures pasted throughout.

I could probably slip out tonight to get some dollar store supplies if needed but I have no idea what to do...any ideas, suggestions, anything?!

Wow, your DH sounds pretty awesome!

I say just go get some suppplies and get to work. You could make a "story" theme, about your weddding, Piper, Kady, things you like to do, etc.

Youc ould have the characters of you and him be funny and cut out from magazines or something... I dunno, I am just thinking out loud here...

You could make some cheesy love coupons for back rubs, massages etc.

I sent Tom an email once in the middle of the day titled, "10 reasons why I love you."  It was a huge hit.  I really think you could make a lot out of this for V-day..........and it could be mundane things.  One of the things I told him was I loved the look on his face when he's trying to figure something out.  I think this is an awesome idea and doesn't require a lot of supplies.
