Could this be fluid? (TMI?)

I am so paranoid, I question everything.

When I wipe, I have like a clear this shiny discharge appear on the toilet paper.  I normally have either yellow discharge or nothing.  I have had this clear since yesterday afternoon. 

Also, yesterday morning when I got up to use the bathroom, I did my normal business.  I leaned forward to grab some toilet paper and felt like I peed for a second time.  I thought it was weird and didn't feel like I had to go anymore.  Now I am worried that it wasn't pee.

I am going to call my dr's office after I eat breakfast, just wanted to get others thoughts.  Maybe I am just being paranoid.

I posted about this this morning, I've had an increase in discharge the past 2 days and it's like a faucet now.  The doc was not concerned at all and from what the other gals on here said, it sounds very normal.

Sounds like discharge to me....but you could go get checked out to be on the safe side.

In regards to the leaning forward thing, I have a friend who peed and then sat there a little longer.  Her baby moved and she peed again.  Apparently her baby was stopping her bladder from completely emptying.  Usually the dr office will tell you to wear a pad for like 30min to an hour and if there's anything on it to call them back or go on in to L&D.  But since your having twins, your case may be different.

The first sounds like increased discharge.

I always think I'm done going, and then go more when I lean forward, or even have to go again when I stand up.  I think it's normal.

Thanks ladies!  I feel like since I got the news about my cervix shortening and funneling, I am so paranoid about everything.  I feel better about this now.

It all sounds totally normal but if you are worried, call the doctor.

My MW told me yesterday that if my water broke I would know for sure. It is not the damp discharge feeling, it feels like water running. So that made me feel better that I probably wouldn't miss it if it happened. The peeing thing ... happens to me all the time. I think the baby cozies up to my bladder and when I shift it empties more.
