hot flashes are normal? I am SO hot. Last night I got up, turned down the heat and turned on the fan in our room...its 20 degrees outside! I asked DH to crack our french doors that go outside...He thought that was extreme...I did not. I'm not hot to the touch just feeling hot...Weirdness. Oh yeah, and I woke up sneezing and having to blow my shnaz like crazy. Fabulous.

    Mine aren't really flashes. I'm always warm. I've resorted to keeping the temp low in the house and having a robe or blanket around at all times in case I get a coldflash.

    Yes, mine come with each contraction.  Sometimes that's how I know I'm having a contraction....my face feels like it's burning up and I have to strip all blankets, etc. off of me!  I cannot stand it!
