Sippies: Nuby Grip N Sip straw sippy. It's the only one she knows how to use...Target or BRU.
Spoons: We just use the Gerber ones that come in a 5-pack...Target or BRU.
Plates: She still doesn't know that a plate is designed to stay stationary and you eat the food off of it. I just put food directly on her high chair tray. For purees, we use the First Years Take N Toss bowls. Since I made (still make) her baby food, I microwave the cubes in those bowls and they are ready to serve.

sippy's- we have a huge variety of sippies. many from target, several from right start. i really like the insulated ones. we also have a couple of thermos straw cups- aluminum.
spoons- when T 1st started eating, we used the rubber coated ones- i thnk they are the gerber ones that TxSmith is referring too... now we use toddler sized
plates- i wouldn't worry about buying any of these until chase is self feeding real food. to start, youll be feeding him out of bowls and baby food jars. what he does eat on his own will be off the table or highchair tray. giving him a plate is just giving him a projectile.
i did buy a couple of these for early on (baby bjorn plate/bowl with spoons)
now we have a nice collection of Crocodile Creek plates/bowls and cups. i love them and T really likes to get to the bottom and see what's on the plate! sadly, locally i used to buy these all at right start, but you can get them (and pretty much anythign else your heart desires) on amazon
I've pretty much just used my Corelle bowls and plates. They make divided plates too. For the longest time she never touched the bowl because I was holding it feeding her, then she ate directly off the high chair tray. After that we moved to the plates and so far she's never tried to throw one though a couple have come close to getting knock to the floor. I got the divided plates just so the raised edges of the plate could help her get food onto her spoon or fork.
We have this spoon and spork for her to play with, and I like how flexible the head of it is. Plus, it's one of her favorite teethers because it's kind of soft.
