Have any of you gotten highlights in your hair or are you planning on it while pregnant?

i box dye my hair and have continued throughout my entire pregnancy, this really is a question you should ask your doctor though.

I've colored my hair twice, once in the first tri and once in the second.

i've had my hair highlighted, and dyed while pg. it's fine, but ask your doc if you're concerned.

AHH!! Please don't box color your hair!! Nothing pregnancy related... just not good for your hair (I'm a cosmo. student). I used to think a) box color was ok and b) it was bad to color your hair while pregnant but neither are true The only thing is if they are highlighting with bleach make sure there is proper ventilation, which there should be in every salon.

Color away girl! I wouldn't use box color if I were you. I would hit up the salon.
