possible cholestasis or just an itchy belly?

What do you think....intense itching more then normal, nothing seems to relieve the itching. I have seen a couple people on here that it has developed into cholestasis during late 3rd tri. Any thoughts anyone (yes I know its just your opinion) but if lots of people experience this then I won't bother bugging my doctor. If it helps I have had higher BP and more rapid weight gain the past few months. Thanks for your help.

I get it every so often.  I just take a shower, and then lotion up really well, and sometimes that helps.

buy eucerin itch calming relief. if it doesn't help, it's not just dry, stretched skin.

When I had Cholestasis, it was ALL OVER and mostly on hands and feet. I would not be inclined to think it is with it being just on your belly. There are more symptoms other than itchy skin. You would have lighter-whiteish poop (TMI I know) and some pain as well.

My doctor just told me at my appointment this morning to use Aveeno lotion products or Benadryl cream. Now if you brake out in a rash and have contstant itching it could lead to something else. Otherwise it's just a normal pregnancy symptom.

I find that my belly really itches when I wear my maternity pants. ?I don't know what it is! ?I usually just wear sweats around the house, but when I wear the maternity pants, I itch.
