My most have pg item is Tissues! I have had a non stop running nose since the beginning. Also the snoogle!
As for the first item I have bought for the babies... believe it or not, I have not bought a thing! I am waiting for the genders! I have receieved gifts tho
I really haven't had to have anything while pregnant, but if I had to answer, it would be my body pillow. I got it this past weekend, and wish I would have gotten it sooner.
The first thing I bought the boys were camo outfits!! DH is a huge hunter, so I had to get camo stuff. DD has a good bit of camo stuff too.
my "must have" pg item has actually been my brita water filter! keeping a pitcher of ice-cold water in the fridge at all times has really helped me stay hydrated. i think i need one of those snoogles because i am having a lot of problems sleeping these days due to back/hip pain
the first baby item(s) i personally purchased were little outfits for my kids...for Carter i bought a onsie with a football on it (his dad was a football player in high school and is really excited about having a son hehe), little socks, and little matching sneakers. For my girl i bought an ac/dc t-shirt and a pair of pretty rockin shoes

Tues: Right now my "must have" is my laptop (I'm on bed rest)

Our glider! My sister-in-law gave it to us and it is currently in our living room. It is the only place I am comfortable and can avoid back pain. I wish I could bring it to work, and in the car, and to the store....!
Wed: What was the first baby item you purchased when you found out you were pregnant?
A little package of socks, I think they are 0-3 months. They made it seem real to me that in nine months we were going to have a little baby that fit into them (well, now we know 2 little babies - good thing it was a multi-pack)
My must have item is my body pillow & heating pad!
I did not buy anything until we found out what they were, and once we did, I went a little nuts buying matching outfits & snowsuits!
Tues: I can't live without my body pillow and my Juicy maternity jeans.
Wednesday: As soon as I found out the genders I went a little crazy on the outfits. I also got Dr. Luke's book which I still find really helpful.
Tuesday: My must have is my Snoogle pillow. I got around 19wks and can't sleep without it. I love it!
Wednesday: I didn't buy anything until I was out of my first trimester. I bought mh Giants onesies so they can all be dressed to watch the game together next season.
Tues:My must have is my body pillow and lately my heating pad.
Wed: I didn't buy anything my first tri. Because we only knew the sex of one baby after the big u/s...I bought 2 adorable sleep sacs. DH wouldn't let me get anything gender specific till we knew both...since then I haven't stopped shopping..lol!
My must have item is my body pillow. I just can't sleep with out that thing. thank god for my cousin buying it for me.?
So far I have not bought anything for the twins. However my mom is already buying a few things here and there. ?

I do not remember what Item I could not live without with dd's pregnancy and this one so far has been food!
First baby item bought was a baseball sleeper when I told my DH we were expecting...now I guess I will have to get another one!
