Scheduled for tubes...

Well, we are finally scheduled to have tubes put in for Nathaniel for next Wednesday!  He finally got over his last ear infection after the 3rd round of antibiotics.  YEAH!  He has a lot of fluid in his right ear still and some in his left and he may have a bit of hearing loss because of the number of ear infections that he has had, but we will deal with that after the tubes are in. 

On a funny note, the ENT that we are seeing called him "Frisch's" yesterday.  We actually had one of the pediatrician's in the practice we go to call him "Frisch's" a couple months ago!  (Maybe it's in his charts   LOL  My big boy weighs a whopping 28.4 lbs and is 33 inches long!

I'm so glad this is finally happening for you.  I can't believe it's taken so long!  Nathaniel will be a new kid after he gets those tubes, it's amazing.

 

He and Justin sound very similar in stature!  Justin is 30.2 lbs and 33 inches tall!

It sounds like tubes will be a great thing for you guys.  That's pretty random that one person would call him "Frisch's," let alone two!

I had tubes in my ears when I was a baby as well.  My mom was totally over the number of ear infections I had.  BTW, I have perfect hearing today.  Lets hope that Nathaniel does as well!
