ignore a lot of friend request from HS people?  I joined last month and am still getting requests from random people I went to HS with...I graduated with about 320 people and certainly was not friends with half of them so I don't feel the need for them to know about me now - it's not a bitter of snotty thing but I just am not interested in reading about 300 people and have no interest in them reading about me.

I only had 27 in my graduating class, and a lot of them I went to school with from Kindergarten on, so I don't exactly have that problem

I wouldn't feel badly about ignoring your HS classmates at all.

Honestly, I friended all the people who requested it and now I'm sorry I did. I barely know most of them and I don't really want to get to know them any better. I've thought about unfriending them numerous times, and I just might do it soon.

I think it is situational. If you were friendly with them - sure. If not, don't.

I went to school with 140 people so I would friend a good number of them.

I do- all the time and dont feel bad about it.  My graduating class was over 500, so no way I want everyone seeing my info.
