I just ate 4 HG cupcakes

Hahahaha!  I checked out the Hungry Girl cookbook because one of you nesties said it was good.

I made the PB fudge thing last night.  Puke.  So, I gave her another chance today with the Death By Chocolate cupcakes.  Now, those turned out good.  I modified a bit, but they're still lower fat, and tasty! 

Hence, the four missing from the muffin pan....

    Hey Co!  I was eyeing that recipe and wondering if I should try it.  The "fudge" really put me off.  I guess I'll have to try it now!  Thanks!

    It was shockingly close to actual chicken pot pie, and DH didn't even know it was "diet."

    I used more than 3 pieces of crescent rolls, though, because I got frustrated trying to roll it out to be big enough.

     It was SO easy, and only took a few minutes to throw together.
