It's DD's first day today too! I just called to check on her and feel a little better but I still feel like crying when I think about her.

I'm on my second week back at work part-time and I cried the first 3days I dropped him off at my sisters. Its so hard and such an adjustment from being with them all day long. Don't worry it will get better, atleast I hope.

It does get easier I was heartbroken the first week and cried everyday. The second week I cried a few mornings. I cried yesterday b/c she is sick but at least she was with my MIL. The one thing that makes me feel better is she LOVES daycare - loves her teachers and loves the other babies. I would get prepared for her to get sick really soon. Since she's been there ( its been 5 weeks) she's had a cold and two ear infections!

This is DD's 3rd week and I still get teary eyed.  It has gotten a little easier.  I call atleast 3 times a day! Call as much as you want....it makes me feel so much better when I do.

awww sorry. It gets better, kind of. DD loves daycare, so that makes it a little easier for me. But it's still hard every day when I leave for work not to just hide her in my purse
