Kolaches!!

So I really wanted some Morning Kolaches...but waited in line for over ten minutes, got piisssed and left.  Now I am having kolache withdrawals.  HELP!!!

The traditional kolache has some sort of sausage link inside bread.  Some have cheese in them and some have cheese and jalapenos.  This one place has some with pepperoni's in them.  The bread is somewhat sweet. They are so delicious.

Yes you are missing out.  If you have had pig in the blankets, they are kinda like that.  Little sausages wrapped insde a croussant.

Never heard of a klobasnek.  Oops.  Sorry, I guess the ones I am used to usually have sausage in them.  Oh well.  They are still awesome.

OHHH Kolaches!! When I lived in Houston TX, I became acquainted with the yummy-ness, but alas, nobody in Florida has heard of such. Why wouldn't everyone want tasty, spicy meat and cheeze wrapped up in fluffy bread type stuff??? NOW i'm starving

I read, but that is what they called them in Houston anyway. Most all breakfast or donut shops made them fresh and we brought them in the office on 'special' mornings ...mmmmmmm

We have a store here in STL that sells like 25 kinds. I had them once, my friend kept talking about them and I had no idea what she was referring to- galoshes, goulash??
