could this still be a growth spurt?!

DS demanded the breast all day on friday and refused to sleep at all that day. it was a miserable day. the next day (saturday) he slept the entire day away and yesterday was pretty good as well. but now he is back to demanding the breast constantly and refuses to sleep again (he has been up since 9am!). is it possible that he just wasn't done with his growth spurt?

I am in a similar situation with DS. I think he has been going through a growth spurt for the last 5 days. Hang in there, I heard they only last about a week.
