Does this happen to you?

My DS pretty much falls asleep during feeding on the 2nd side every other time. ?I have to fight with him to finish a feeding. ?I don't want him to just snack and then wake up an hour later b/c he didn't get full. ?I figured at this point, he'd be up more than this. ?We did play earlier today and he had a little tummy time. ?It's good that he's napping and all, but I need him to eat properly so he'll be satisfied. ?

yes! I hold her up, change the diaper, cold washcloth on her face, and sometimes slightly blow on her face.

usually if I blow on her face she wakes up.  if not, I unlatch her and unsnap the top of her onesie.

Wake him up and burp him. Brush a finger along his jawline to stimulate the rooting reflex.

All good ideas--I've actually done them and they work most of the time, but it just sucks that it takes an hour to get a feeding in b/c his naps are shorter and I don't get enough time to take a nap myself or get anything done. ?

It will get better as he get's older... but for the first month and a half or so, I always had to wake DD up to finish eating
