Serious question...how do you handle it when DS pees while you are changing him. Literally happens to us at least 1x per day. I try to cover his little parts with a washcloth but he fusses and kicks while we're changing and it's hard to keep it well covered while I am also holding up his feet and wiping. Even when it is well covered, I find that it ends up just running down his back and into his clothes instead of being absorbed by the towel.

How old is he? Will did it at least every other diaper change for the first few weeks.
I always had a new diaper open and ready to go. I would open his diaper just a bit, give him a few seconds to do anything he was going to do at that point, then do a quick switch out with the new diaper.
It will get better. Will hasn't peed during a diaper change in probably three months.
My little guy does this too! As the PP said I open the diaper and let him catch some air for a few seconds then I wipe and close the dirty diaper back up to give him the opportunity to pee again before I put the new diaper on. I also always put a burp cloth under his butt (on top of the changing pad though) so if he does happen to sneak one out it is absorbed by the burp cloth instead of his clothes!
I just cover his penis with the new diaper when I take the old one off. The only time he has really peed during a diaper change is when we waited too long to cover him up. Instead of a washcloth, you could try a burp cloth/cloth diaper. That would be thicker and may absorb more if he pees.
There is a product called a pee pee teepee. Someone gave it to us as a gift. It's basically a little fabric tent you put over the penis during a diaper change. We got several good uses out of it, but it's really just easier to use the new diaper.
