Weird pains?

For the past couple of days on and off I've been getting this stabbing pain around my belly button and it then radiates downward....anybody else? I can't say it's particularly on one side or the other, but if I had to, i'd say it's more on the left. Anybody else have pains like this or know what it could be? I'm 99% sure it's not gas. And I don't think it's RLP b/c this happens when I'm sitting in my chair without moving an inch. I haven't had any spotting or anything and baby is still moving around a lot. Maybe it's just stretching? Any ideas?
