My last day of work is February 20th...yippee!  I will be off work until June and then I will go back to work part time until August.

I plan to take the 12 weeks of FMLA unpaid maternity leave I get...and then I hope to ease back into things starting out part time...we'll see what happens fiancially though...

I don't really plan on taking any time off COMPLETELY from work...I just don't trust anybody else to do my job. I have 6 weeks of maternity leave that I plan on just checking in and doing what needs to be done.

I get 8 weeks of paid maternity leave, plus I'll use 2 or 3 weeks of my vacation leave.  My plan is to work part time once the babies arrive.

I was out of work at 23 weeks until 2 weeks before Sadie came home from the hospital - that was about 12 weeks, then 2 weeks later when Sadie came home from the NICU I was out another 12 weeks - had Sadie home for 6 weeks before Maxyne came home and I only had them both home together for 6 weeks before returning to work.

I plan to take the full 12 FMLA weeks. If possible (and assuming I don't need much if any time off before they're born) I can also apply for another 8 weeks of unpaid leave. If I have to leave work early before they're born, then I'll likely use up quite a bit of FMLA at that point and will have no choice, but to take the extra leave. We'll see.

I run my own business so I will probably have my bberry with at all times. My clients are pretty good, but i am a control freak so I will be checking in with them all the time. Then, as soon as I am feeling up to it, I will start work again. But that if I can find someone to watch the babies while I work

I plan to take my 6-8 weeks paid leave then return to work possibly only part time until I can say that I returned to work.  So I won't have to pay for the medical and get my STD benefits.  So possibly only working a month total.  We can't afford three in daycare at $200 a week each!  So I will be SAH as soon as possible.

I receive 12 weeks paid from my employer but if I have to go out early it eats into that time.  I am hoping that I can work until the last day so I can have all that time after.

I will go back full time after my leave and the boys will be at a daycare center.

I worked at my job that  I LOVED for 9 years. I went in for a routine check up at 28weeks and got put on full time bedrest. I never went back. I have my own little internet based travel business I do on the side now from home. I love being home with my kids.

I just spoke with our Benefits dept today about this.  I had a great policy before we went through a merger last year and now is sucks.  My dr mentioned that he may put me out of work as soon as 4 wks from now.  If that's the case I will use the bulk of my 12 wks FMLA before they even arrive.  Once they are born I have 6 wks disability (which is only 60%) and then I have to return to work.  I can try to make arrangements with my boss to use my Paid Time Off days but if I do that I will use most of them up and have nothing for the rest of the year.  It's looking more and more like I'll be a SAHM.

I have 13 weeks off paid so I will take that and then maybe a week of vacation.  It also depends on when I can get into a day care

At my work they give us 6 months leave for after the babies are born. So I am going to take it all. That way I don't have to come back until after the holidays and enjoy time with the kids.?
