Sand Shovels in Stores?

I wanted to do a cute craft for DD's preschool class but I did not order the shovels in time. i am looking for basic sand shovels. Has anyone seen them in a store?

I saw summer stuff out at Target yesterday (sand tables and buckets, etc). ?I didn't SEE shovels, but I wasn't really looking. ?I would try there and walmart first, and maybe Michael's and Party City if you have one near you.

Is it the "I dig you" Valentine craft?  If so, Michael's has them in their $ bins for 59 cents each.  And they even have the words "I Dig You" on them.
