Ovulating?

Sorry if this is a dumb question...

Last night and a little bit today ive been having lower abdominal pains, like the kind i would have when i would be ovulating before i got pg (atleast thats what my MIL - whos a nurse - told me it was). Also this morning i was having lots and lots of CM. Ive been really nauseous the past week or so two, every day! Could this be me ovulating? I thought i read someone on here say thats what happened right when you were ovulating before you got AF (i havent had one yet).
