Earlier today I was in a consignment shop in Stafford where they had a Bob Revolution Duallie for $185.

The fabric was a little faded but other than that looked pretty good.  The room it's in was pretty small so I was unable to take it for a test run but I'm sure if you ask they'll let you take it out for a spin.
