I had a question for you ladies. I have my first IUI this Tuesday and my doc said there is a good chance that we may or may not have twins. I have two big follicles, one at about 20mm and the other at 18.

I guess my question is how many of you conceived twins by IUI and how big and how many follicles did you have on your u/s? I would be thrilled with twins and blessed with one too!:) TIA!

We conceived with IUI.  Follie sizes at trigger were 22mm, 18, 18, 16, and 13.

clomid/IUI twins here - 2 follies were 21 and 25... and a 3rd that was about a 17 they said might catch up - chances are it didn't and the two big follies = my twins.

with my DS i only had one mature follie- about a 19, and one that might catch up - singleton pg.... same protocol.

We got pregnant with IUI.  I had 2 follies...I don't remember the sizes.  I think on the day of our first IUI one of my eggs had just released, so we did b2b IUIs.

We also did IUI's and I had 2 follicles the day before that were 18mm and 16mm.

I got pregnant with twins on injectable IUI #2. I think my follies were 21 and 23. Best of luck!!

Our girls are IUI twins...when I triggered I had 1 at 20mm and 1 at 14mm...I'd had a low and slow protocol....the 14mm must have grown!
