Prilosec ?

DS was prescribed Prilosec. Its a compound mixture and we give him 2ml twice a day... only problem is he spits it all back up! I do what the doctor says and I make sure its in the back of his mouth so his tongue cant push it out..

Any suggestions??

We had the same problem. We make "medicine" bottles now. I put about 1/2 oz of formula or breastmilk and add the prilosec. That is the only way I can get the medicine down her and the peditrician said it was ok to do. You just need to make sure your LO will drink the amount you put in the bottle...which is why we use 1/2 oz. HTH.
