How long until you saw a difference in your supply?  I bought some yesterday and am going to start taking it today.  Did you have any adverse effects?  REOM said it made her nauseous - just wondering if anyone else experienced anything.  TIA!

i use it quite often to help with my supply.  i take 3-4 pills every 3-4 hours.  it takes a lot of fenugreek to notice an increase.  i also really push the water during that time too. 

didnt make me sick at all.  good luck.

Ditto that it made me smell and even though la leche league told me to use it when I told my dd's pedi that I was using it he nearly took my head off.  He said to immediately stop and that my body will produce how ever much my dd needed and to feed her on demand.  He said there is always consequences to taking things so to stop taking it now and he didn't care what LLL said.  Did you consult with her dc pedi?  If not, I would before you take it.

I don't remember how long it took to start taking effect, but it really helped me. It also triggered migraines for me, though, so I had to stop it. I've gotten migraines for years, though, so if you don't already get them that probably won't be an issue for you.
