Dh and I watched it together and of course i cried. The acting is horrible, but the movie itself is pretty good. It has a great point and is funny at times. I would reccomend it.
DH and I went to see it in the theater. The acting (other than Kirk Cameron) is pretty bad, but like others have said, they were all volunteers. The message is very inspiring. I recommend it. I think if you know going in that the people were volunteers, you can deal with that fact.
Re: Anyone seen Fireproof?
The acting is horrible. We went to see it and switched our tickets ten minutes into the movie. I've never, ever seen such back acting in my life.
I did hear later (on the nest) that the story line had a great message, but honestly I couldn't get past the acting.
