I jumped on the bandwagon and bought the DVD today! I figure with Hawaii 5 weeks away I need to get in shape ASAP! I only had 5lb weights and it seemed like a bit too much weight for some of the exercises.
I use 2's but there are some things I wish I had the 5's for. ?I would just do it with the 5s and if it's too much, just go weight free (or use some soup cans).

I started with 3lbs and moved up to 5lbs.
However, now I am on level 3, and needed to move back down to 3lbs for some of the moves.
I use 3 lbs but feel like I could use 5 lbs for a few of the exercises, and I consider myself pretty weak strength-wise.
